"This pre-workout is legit focus wise. My experience was good but very extended; almost all day hyper-focused. I took a full scoop by 12:00 noon and the effects lasted until next day. I am a person with experience on pre-workouts with 1,3 dmaa so i can tell is legit and good! Flavour wise is a 5/5 for my taste. I would suggest this to a person willing to workout 2hours on a Monday and then again Thursday another 2hours or so … no more than three times a week and definitely not worth it if you are gonna use it for a 30 minutes routine."
