What is Creatine Monohydrate?
Creatine is a precursor to the bio-energetic fuel creatine phosphate, which replenishes cellular ATP (adenosine triphosphate) levels during maximum intensity contractions. It's cool
It's not bad product, but it does the job , and the price is reasonable. But I just don't like how it dries up and gets solid after a while. Doesn't stay powder form for so long. But another than that it's cool and will get the job done

Creatine
Very good creatine, very clean! No weird taste and doesn’t alter the taste of protein shakes or pre workout. I don’t suggest drinking it alone though. Results come within 1-2 weeks.

Been on this creatine for 2 cycles now and as long as you are using it daily, this thing does its job. I hardly taste it at all in my pre-workout, protein shakes, or even my water. It's a clean and soluble creatine PLUS it is way cheaper and usually more often on sale at the stores
